Every client takes full responsibility for himself. Spiritual healing is permitted in Germany without a naturopathic license. On March 2nd, 2004 the Federal Constitutional Court decided
(AZ: 1 BvR 784/03): "Anyone who activates the self-healing powers of the client and does not make any diagnoses does not need a naturopathic permit".
